Hi, I'm Ben — I started WorkMates.

I'm currently a Customer Success Manager working for a start-up in Lausanne — and before that I've had roles as Department Head, Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Business Unit Manager, as well as leading and managing a lot of people along the way.

If all of it taught me one thing, it's that the best way through a hard problem at work isn't a course or a consultant — it's being able to brainstorm with someone who has been through something similar.

That's the whole idea behind WorkMates. It isn't one person handing out advice — it's a growing network of people who've been there, each opening their door to the next person figuring something out. It works because everyone gets something back: new connections, a fresh perspective, and the simple good of helping. Free, and open to all.
